Returns Policy

Standard Delivery

Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 10-15working days, depending on the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery.We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.

We use a variety of carriers. Depending on your order quantity and shipping address. Promise you of safe shipping and right items. These include: EMS, UPS, TNT, DHL and Fedex. The orders usually are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately via email. If you didn’t receive shipping notification letter, please check your mail box or contact us.

Late deliveries

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe specified please contact us, We will reply you and solve them as the earliest.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. And shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand in this key point.Thank you!

Returns 

We want you to love your jewels! If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept refunds, merchandise credit or exchanges for full price merchandise ordered through our website up to 14 days after purchase. For items returned within 30 days, we offer exchanges or a merchandise credit. To start that process, follow the below steps:
Download your pre-paid shipping label to send your jewels back to us
When sending the jewels back, please package them securely and include your printed invoice with the shipment
For orders that were received as gifts, click here and enter your information
Please note that the below conditions apply.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
This policy excludes all sale merchandise. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. We are unable to make exceptions for fit or sizing.
All returns must have the original tags attached and be unworn, with no sign of damage. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about your return.
If your jewelry was damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact our Customer support@wireoo.com, and we will gladly help you with a repair or replacement.

 

Faulty Items

Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, We will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.

If You Change Your Mind

We are unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. Our company will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.

Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
